Went tonight at this store at 10:45pm to buy 4 pcs of chicken. It was for to-go. Even though they had plenty of chickens ready... in front of me but didn?t take my order. I mean you can take order for drive-thru but your register is closed for someone who isat the store before 11pm when the dine-in closes. It could have been handled with better discretion. i don't even want to give them a 1 star rating..i ordered take out..the spicy chicken thighs seemed like they were sitting in a... puddle of oil..soggy. i ordered 2 3 piece dinners and. it came with 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh with order of frys each..i paidextra money to convert legs to thighs. brought it home..look how many frys were in box for each 3 piece..very disappointed withthis location. The staff is very patient with you at the drive through to take your orders and the food is always fresh. You usually have to... wait only a minute or so but if you have a big order, they would ask you to park to the side and they will bring out the orderto your car when it is ready. Unlike other Church's Chicken locations, they are very nice and give you the option of separatingthe spicy and non-spicy pieces in different boxes. Read more
