I had the most gorgeous custom cake made here. The decorator spent extra time and care creating a cake that made everyones jaw... drop at my son's birthday party. They were able to print a custom photo that I wanted printed, and matched the icing and sidesof the cake to the image. I wouldn't hesitate recommending getting your custom cake made here. Wait time is long. Just go to number 1 road. They are much faster. Chicken strips basket take 20 mins. Too much time consuming.... Hire more staffs to take the food out instead sitting there for too long Read more

I got hangover food for my friends and I and when there was a small mistake in my order, they gave me an extra burger and free... onion rings. Really nice staff and great food, and it was a really kind gesture to help us out after a long night out. This ismy go-to place for burgers and ice cream, and more importantly, hangover junk food. Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to in my life I waited 40 minutes for my Blizzard and i ordered the Royal Oreo fudge filled... Blizzard and there wasn't even any fudge in the middle. Do not ever go here for ice cream. Read more

Have been to this location a few times because it's close. Everytime there is one lady up front, nice lady but can tell she's... over worked and not sure how many in the back. I usually just get something from the freezer because everytime there's a line ofppl waiting for their food and a line to order and the waiting line does not move quick. I don't mind waiting but it's always along wait. I once got a drink with the freezer item and that took so long I thought the ice cream was going to melt so stoppedordering drinks as well. Pretty poor service. It was 9:45 when I ordered my food, long line. Took a good 10 minutes to arrive. Then at 9:59 they start... walking around telling everyone "we're closing" while I and a bunch of other customers are all half done their meals. It'sunderstandable to be closing and not let in anyone new, but to push people to shove their food down and exit at 10:01 is prettyunacceptable. One of the employees was literally standing there, holding the door open staring at me giving heavy body languagethat I needed to leave NOW. I felt bad for the elderly couple who seemed to shove what little they could into their mouth andthen throw the rest away because I'm sure they felt the pressure to leave. Read more

The only reason we go to this location is because Richmond centre doesn?t have chicken and I?d rather not spend the money for... gas or delivery. The food is standard for Dairy Queen, the issue is that I never once have had my order fulfilled correctly.It?s never anything big - it?s just irritating when my brother always asks for no cheese, ALWAYS gets cheese. Or they will shortus on dips, give us cold dips that are supposed to be warm, or completely leave out items. The staff are always nice, they justnever seem to get my order quite right. Read more
