The older lady seems like she doesn't like working there. If you don't like ur job then find a new one. If ur in customer... service there's no reason to snap at guests. Especially since they don't understand. She saw a friend in the lineup and decidedto ask him what he wants without checking that there's 3 other guests waiting to order. When I pointed it out, then she decidedto be rude and sloppy. The banana split was made messy with all the toppings Overton of each other in the middle. Read more

I am writing to complain the poor customer service that I receive today. I was waiting patiently for an employee at the counter... for over five minutes and no one came while there is no other customer in line. There was a female Indian employee who saw meat the counter waiting, however she didn't come to me nor ask what I need. She appears busy doing her own thing. Until a newguest came to the counter next to me and spoke to another employee to order. I asked them who can take my order and the othermale employee said it was with him. I have been standing there for over 5 minutes without any employee acknowledging that Iwould like to order. If it is a busy time with customers during peak hours, I definitely understand. However, what Iexperienced today was an absolute disappointment and unacceptable customer service. Read more

Sugar content was too much in Julius Originals that it was like drinking syrup.Could only take few sips of the drink. Tried... Mango Pineapple flavor and Strawberry flavor. Do not recommend it at all. Read more

Our first visit to this location was extremely pleasant and beyond satisfying as it would be at any fast food joint. It was very... memorable as our blizzards were served to us upside down, and loaded with toppings inside and on top. We couldn?t wait to goback for another. Our next visit was where everything went downhill. We made the same order and the blizzards came out sloppyand just ?white?. There were barely any toppings and blizzard was ?white? all the way to the bottom. For a $9 cup of ice cream?we will not make the same mistake. Now I just buy my own toppings and make it at home. Came to order a birthday cake for a kids birthday, a very simple order you would think. However, the staff was beyond... incompetent, had no info on how to submit visual for the top of the cake, everyone was relying on each other to answer my simplequestion. The WORST experience. I *will absolutely never* come back to Orange Julius ever again. Management need to severely rethink the... type of people they hire and their training for those on the ground to *empower* those working on the ground to provide bettercustomer service as opposed to being puppets. I ordered the strawberry banana julius, it was sickly sweet. It was so sicklysweet that I asked if I can exchange it for something of a lesser value but less sweet. They said no. I said ok, so what do youdo if customer's unhappy with your product? And they said we remake the same thing and it will be the same. I asked them toremake it without any sweetener in it and the girl came back, SLAMS the drink in front of me. The drink still was ridiculouslysweet. I couldn't drink this at all. (Having read the other reviews below, it seems this particular location is just worsecompared to other locations.) Look, you're able to make the SAME thing which is of a higher value that the customer is VERYunhappy about than the cheaper product that I'm requesting to exchange to. Exchanging for equal or lesser value is a common andwidespread business practice. Why is this place unable to keep up with this? If this is management's way of "curbing abuse ofthe system", then take away the original drink but HAVE A WAY to treat their customer and frankly their own business withgreater integrity and trust on the quality of their product than take the money and ruin their chances for recurring customers. I agree with other reviewers seems like this Dairy Queen can't manage to get well trained staff, likely because franchisee... doesn't pay much attention to detail. Products are served barely at their minimum standard. Banana split definitely is for two. Read more

It's Dairy Queen in a food court. Blizzards, ice cream cakes, and all their frozen treats. Their hot foods are here but slightly... limited. Staff are quick to make purchased food and you won't wait long. There is ample parking from the mall or access fromtransit through the Canada line at Brighouse station or the bus hubs. Read more
