On a late night getting into Richmond, we had a craving for bubble tea. Rolled into a place that was pretty much the only place... that was opened. Ordered the regular bubble tea and noticed they offered bubble waffle which is becoming popular these days. Thewaffle was very good, came out crispy and crewy inside, light that you can eat on forever. Their bubble tea the OG milk tea isquite good. Hint of tea and a good balance of cream. Found bits of plastic in the drink for the second time I went here. Probabaly from boba packaging. Also the boba texture is... inconsistent from time to time. They sometimes taste incredibly starchy/overcoocked and stick to each other. Read more

Pricey $$$ (but then i?m told most BBT (large) now cost around ~$7/drink) Ordered the Mango Matcha Smoothie (L; no toppings;... 50% ice and sugar) and the Green Tea Yakult (L; lychee jelly; 50% ice and sugar). ~$14 in total for both drinks. Order wasefficient and fast! COVID protocols in place: no indoor seating, mandatory masks. Surrounding bubble tea places are TigerSugar and Gong Cha. Dropped by to try out their new products and it was amazing! The watermelon tea salted cheese is very refreshing. It's perfect... on a hot day. The golden kiwi ice tea is my new favourite. Can definitely taste the kiwi in the drink! Lime mojito ice tea isfor people who love sour-sweet drink. Just the right amount of soir but not too sour!! Read more
A cute little place with friendly employees. I ordered the mango smoothie (D5) and loved it, but I also had a few sips of three... other drinks from my friend's and they were ALL delicious! I can't wait to go back. The taro and purple sweet potato (B2) was myfavorite that I tasted. Read more
