It was a unique hotpot experience, compared to usual and common we usually go. The ambience and the vibes of the people working... they are so nice and friendly. It's our first time but didn't left intimidating at all. Felt the warm since we walk in and outof the restaurant. Yes it was pricey but with a customer service like that I won't question it. The food every single one youknow it's freshly cut and prepared for us. Maybe the most favorite part dinning in on this restaurant was, they won't wasted athe broth of the hotpot you ate they will turned it into Japanese egg noodle or congee. Read more

Can’t believe a wine tasting in hotpot restaurant, they offer organic wines pairing with 5 tapas . I tried this wine and food... pairing, very delicious and worth the money! You can buy Summer hill wine same price as the winery . Amazing ???? Read more

Best hotpot! We definitely ordered a little too much but wow it was really great. The sushi was also pretty good. We were very... pleasantly surprised by the quality of fish. The wagyu was amazing. We loved the truffle pork meat balls and the foie grascuttlefish balls so much. The soup bases were great! We got half and half. The Sichuan one was a bit too spicy for us but theflavor was overall nice. If you like Sichuan food, you would definitely like the soup! The staff was so nice. The dessert wasfree and it was DELICIOUS. This is a must have every time we come visit Vancouver now! Read more

Hotpot Palace maintains a very clean restaurant. You order your food on a tablet that makes it so much easier, if you’d like... to order more food you just click whenever you like. The food doesn’t take long to arrive once the order was placed. The staffis constantly going around to make sure you have water in your soup, drinking water, and that the temperature on your stove isgood for you. Definitely recommend this place! Read more
