Food tastes alright, but the portions are on the smaller end of the spectrum. At comparable places, a "regular sized" bowl of... bun bo hue is usually all that I need, but I wasn't too satiated with the regular size here. Unfortunately, customer serviceisn't a focus at this establishment; my group was seated quickly but weren't instructed nor advised to order through an orderingsystem using your phone (edit: forgot to mention that you have to register your personal information just to order, i.e. phonenumber & email, which is questionable). Servers/wait-staff struggle to validate you and seem to only saunter-by to drop yourorder off. We had to assert ourselves to flag a staff member regarding an order but sensed animosity for attempting to consult.I can understand if staff were encumbered with workload and/or patrons were being unruly toward them but from my observations, that didn't seem to be the case. Probably some underlying causes affecting the staff culture but what do I know. Hopefully theycan sort it out, I recall it being not too bad an establishment in the past. Read more

We came here from Coquitlam after a friend took us here. The interior was very pretty and was very cozy. Until we met the... staff. The first *greeting* they said to us wasn't even a "hi" or a "welcome" but a lady warning us "we close at 10pm". We gothere at 8:40pm. The menu was full of interesting items and exotic choices. When we got the food, it was so salty. Especiallythe soup and the marinated pork. I'm not surprised since they offer so many drinks you can buy if you're thirsty. My mom and Iwoke up at 4am. I was chugging water because there was too much sodium in the soup and meat. She felt sick, and we almostconsidered calling the doctor. The staff were the ones who ruined my appetite. True we came a bit late, but that doesn't givethem the right to treat us rudely. The lady who *greeted* us and our server, a grumpy looking boy with glasses was the tippingpoint that ruined our stay. He never smiled, and was very rude to us. We were even kicked out the restaurant before it was evenclosing time. I know we extended our stay very close to the time, and they must've been tired (it was a Sunday), but being inthe customer service means you serve the customers. Being in the industry myself, I would've fired those two if I were themanager. Tl;dr: food is ok. Customer service sucks. Read more

The food is cold. But even if I reheat them, I believe the taste will not be drastically different. I have tried the same dish... at different locations. So far this one probably the worst. The price is also among the highest too. Read more

A really good Vietnamese restaurant. I?ve been here several times and I love thier Phoa and some other items on the menu. Today... i have this b9 i really like the taste of the minced beef wrap on betel, this is my first time to have this, then the springrolls which was a authentic Vietnamese spring roll and also the minced shrimp wrap on sugarcane. The sauce was just perfect nottoo salty. Good service and good food for a reasonable price. If only i live near this place i will come here often. Read more

Service was okay. I have gone to other Pho places that serve you faster and are more attentive. Taste was average. Their broth... was bland to me. I picked the beef ball Pho because that?s what I always get and found that their beef balls were quitedelicious. The lack of flavour in the soup overall dulled the Pho taste overall. I would like to try their Vermicelli next if Icome back. Their portions were average as well and for their price I felt that it could be more. Extra meet for your Pho wasaround ~$7 depending on what kind of meat you were doubling. In my experience a lot to Pho places have a set price for doublemeat for all the kinds of meat and it averages around $5. Pricier than other Pho places I?ve been to. Came around 8 PM on aSaturday night, they were decently busy. Read more
