My family and I had a horrible dinner experience here. We ordered our food and was given an order of garlic bread after 10... minutes. 20 minutes passed by and everyone else have received their order except us. I brought my receipt to the counter andasked if there is any problem with my order as we have not received our chicken order after 30 minutes. The waitress was snarkyand asked "you didn't received anything?" I said "all I received was an order of garlic bread." The waitress looked in disbeliefand I added "you can check my table that all I have is a small empty plate for the order of garlic bread." She then agreed tolook into my order. Our order finally came 5 minutes after my inquiry. The waitress offered no apology for the delay or anyexplanation for the delay. It is fine to say you missed the order, at least show me you are accountable for your mistake. Yes,the store seemed to be under staffed, but it doesn't mean unapologetic poor service. I saw nandos at kits beach doing a shoreline clean up and handing out free sauce, it's great to see them giving back to the... community! I can't get enough of their chicken,it's so tasty and great service. They follow all the covid protocols and there'ssigns everywhere promoting social distancing. Definitely recommend to come here! This is the closet Nando?s to the Vancouver airport, so I make sure any layover through Vancouver is always long enough for a... quick uber ride to have lunch or dinner here. I have never been disappointed and with the food or service. Whenever we can wealso try and stay at a hotel close by so we can have Nando?s every night we are there. Read more

Nando's is my go to place for when I'm out and about for lunch. The service is fantastic and the staff are so friendly. Now,... let's talk food. I don't know how they do it, but this is some of the tastiest chicken I have ever had. Their technique forflavoring is top notch and I wish I could replicate it at home.
