This place is terrible. First the service does not exist. We had to chase down the wait staff for everything. The food was only... mediocre at best, definitely can?t measure up for Vancouver and Richmond standard. In fact, the marinated duck was downrightdisgusting with so much hair still on the skin. The prices were way up there with the best. And they take cash and a couple ofmainland Chinese payment systems only. I won?t touch those payment systems even with a 10 foot pole. Absolute terrible service, walked in for an early dinner and the server told us to wait to be seated. Then she continued to talk... with another server, while the restaurant was 80% empty. We waited 5 minutes before realizing they were just more interested intheir conversation than doing their jobs. We ended up leaving to a different restaurant. Read more

Ordered congee for takeout twice from Neptune Wonton Noodle. The pickup both times were smooth and timely. I ordered the beef... congee the first time. It tasted alright, but the bottom of the congee had a dead fly inside. I gave this restaurant another trya few days ago and ordered their fish congee. It tasted disgusting. There were at least 5 pieces of fish scale that added a lotof texture to my congee. Read more

Ordered beef brisket noodle, shrimp dumpling in soup and sweet and sour pork. The soups came shortly after I ordered.The beef... brisket was half fat. Soup was way too salty. Dumpling was very good but again soup was way too salty. Waitress was verydefensive when I ask her about my missing order of sweet and sour pork, which didn't come 10 min after we finished everythingelse. The restaurant was not even 1/3 full and it was Saturday 1230pm. She rudely told me the kitchen was busy and she didn't missed placing the order. I think it's awesome this place is open late and offers authentic Chinese restaurant foods like traditional soups, fish heads,... pea shoot veggies, etc. The quality and taste however is comparable to T & T supermarket's hot foods section. I got the blacksesame paste soup which was good but comparable to ones that you can make with powder and add boiling water to. I also tried thefried fish head. It was quite greasy but did taste fine.
