The service was great at the new location in Ironwood plaza in Richmond , super friendly staff , beef shawarma was super good,... they added ton of beef and veggies with a delicious sauce and of course some hot sauce . I have tried many around Richmond andsurrey and this location was one of my Favourite experience . Thank you so much for making this delicious food. Ordered the chicken shawarma platter with Greek salad for 15.99. It is definitely pricy compared to other shawarma places, but... the portion was generous and the flavour quite nice. Downside: The platter doesn?t come with a pita bread and the amount ofhummus is quite pitiful. Halfway through eating the chicken I bit into these chewy bits, possibly bone or cartilage, I couldn?ttell. I spit it out. But of all these years I?ve been eating chicken shawarma, this had never happened to me. It was a bit of aturnoff. For dine-ins, they use disposable utensils & containers but don?t sort the garbage (eg, plastic and compostable). It isnot very environmentally friendly. Read more

We ordered two super large chicken and lamb mix wraps and paid about $40 but got very disappointed when took the first bite as... there were literally very little meat and taste wasn?t very good. I hope they upgrade their quality soon. However I do notrecommend it to anyone. Read more

I've been wanting to try this place ever since they open and now having tried it, the best thing I can say is that the food was... actually quite flavorful. Sadly that's about it. For some reason, you can't order online from this location. It doesn't show upas an option. You need to download the app. Once I did order, it said the order will be ready in 10 mins. It took me 20 mins toget to the restaurant only to be told they will need another 10 mins. By the way, when I was there, there was only one personbehind the counter, 5:30Pm on a Friday. He was taking orders and preparing the food which explains why it took so long. Also, hewent from working the till to preparing the food and I'm positive he didn't wash his hands. When I got the foods home, I noticeI didn't get a salad with my Chicken Kebab Platter. From the reviews, it seems like this is a common occurrence here. The factthat I paid extra for a Greek salad made it worst. To top it off the chicken and the lamb in the Shawarma Wrap was hard and dry.It was like it's been cooking all day and I was given the outer crust. The staff here are nice! It?s our first time here and the cashier noticed that we were having a hard time choosing from the... menu, so she talked to us and gave us some suggestions. The staff are nice and smiling. The place is nice and simple, nice musicselection and the food is 10/10 for me. We ordered the beef and lamb shawarma and it?s excellent. Update - they forgot my salad again and I had to ask for it. The food is great but the service is just terrible. The food is... fantastic. The service still needs some work. The chicken platter with rocks and sticks is a must. The flavors are fantastic. Food wise it is one of the best. First time I ordered take out they forgot my salad and it took a long time. Second time wasa much better experience. They opened not too long ago so I'm guessing they are still working out the kinks. Once all issorted I'm sure they will thrive.
