The delivery guy, Serge T. Wanted to leave my pizza on the street... I told him i was coming downstairs and when I came down... he was looking for a place on the floor to put it and then leave. Disgusting. Why is the service bad? I'm giving you mymoney. What else do you want? By the way, the pizza didn't arrive in the best conditions. Never come or order here. Read more

Person who took my order (did not get their name) was very lively, unlike some other places who are monotoned. There was a good... deal & they told me how it is better to get because of the better price. The pizza was alright, it did not taste the best. Itdid not have a strong taste as other pizza places. There is a lot of cheese, but there was not that cheesey taste like somepizza places that has that cheesey wonderful taste. Read more
It?s close to my house so we go 2-3 times a month. Dine in is still closed but take out and delivery. Pizza is great, lots of... parking spots at good location. Unfortunately no customer service and no time management. Don?t believe waiting time especiallyweekend. Casher ? often rude and show attitude even their mistake. Read more
Ridiculous service and ignorant staff!!! They always mess up your orders even very simple and basic order of wings n pizza (this... is not the first time). I asked for a butter chicken pizza and got a cheese slab that looks and tastes disgusting. Like even Ican feel that it was not cooked properly. Also the wings had little sauce and were so soggy!! I called their customer serviceand this is what they said literally ?we can?t reach the store you ordered from so can you please keep calling them until theypick up?. Like is this my job? I mean it?s beyond ridiculous the kind of service being provided by such a large organization. Decent place. Open late and a good option for quick filling late night food. The dining room is closed but take out was ready... in 10 minutes. Easy to get to and lots of parking. The pizza was good, typical of pizza hut. Read more
Convenient Pizza Hut in Richmond. The dining area is currently closed and there is takeout and delivery only. Limit of five... customers in the waiting checkout area. Clean inside. Typical Pizza Hut pizza and sides. A bit on the oily side, but that's whyit's good. Read more
They don't deliver to my house so 2 stars for service. That being said, pizza is always ready on time for my pick up. Food... quality is very good never a mistake and I've never had a problem. Read more
