The pizza is an Italian style pizza, so it is thin crust. The below reviewer, Mike, was correct regarding chewiness. I picked... the pizza within 15 minutes of ordering, but the crust was way too chewy and it had already gotten cold. I believe because it'sa wood oven pizza, it does not hold the heat - or maybe because of the crust. As a result, I could say the pizza was too hardand chewy. Once I got home, I added a tiny amount of water on the crust and reheated it on the grill, and it was good. But, ofcourse you would not want to have to do this. My advice would be if you go here - order IN PERSON, and eat it soon as it comesout of their oven. Do not wait for it to cool. The pizza re-heats well though. Some don't. Lastly, customer service was mediocreat best. Wish I could give this place more stars, really do. I feel 3 stars is fair. Read more

Very good pizza! Stayed in Vancouver for a few weeks and this was my go to pizza spot for delivery! Easy to use website to order... delivery and delivery was fast! Pizza was delicious had a few different types of pizza and they were all very good. Crust andsauce and toppings were all on point. The garlic sauce that come with it was very good too. Romilano is the best quality community pizza place in the Richmond area. Quality ingredients, amazing taste and an unmatched... signature pizza. The spicy beef is an absolute must try, it will change your perspective on how pizA should be made andeaten. You're doing yourself a disservice by not going here. I highly recommend this place. Pizza is DELICIOUS. . 4/5 stars Poutine is not good.!!!! 0/5. Basically failed it. We called the store shortly after to let them... know though because this is unacceptable to customers to consume undercooked food. We just have to hope that next time we go,they would reimburse this somehow. When we brought it back home into Vancouver from richmond, the fries didn’t looked“golden” at all! It was all white!!!definitely undercooked and tasted like raw potatoes. It almost looked like it was likebaked for like 15 minutes. We spoke to Joanne on the phone. She said they cooked it for 45 mins in the oven…..yahsure….. Edited review: although I was not happy with the poutine, they compensated me for it. Again sorry for the bad photos. They don't do the pizza Justice. This is Richmond's best pizza joint hands down. The other would... be a restaurant at airport outlet. Crispy crust with a nice chewy texture. Ingredients are good quality therefore not loadedlike the other places that use poor quality ingredients. Basically Whole Foods toppings compared to Superstore toppings. So whenyou read other reviews about little toppings you know what they compare it to. Crust isn't oily at all. Check out the empty boxpicture. The oily parts are from the cheese following over. They have a garlic sauce and a hot sauce you can ask for free. Read more
