Terrible service with rude and disrespectful manager and messed up multiple orders. I ordered a pizza with specific instructions... and they delivered pizza without following instructions and allergy details. They said they?ll bring a new pizza but gotta giveback the original one and said est time 40-45 minutes. I waited over an hour and once phoned the manager was swearing at me onthe phone and being rude. Threatened to NOT give a refund and NOT give me pizza. The second pizza arrived burnt and cold. Good pizza. I found it really oily / greasy. For the pepperoni pizza, there is a lot of pepperoni, even inside which is good and... it?s the good type unlike some other places. For the veggie pizza there are a lot of veggie toppings which is worth the money. Read more

One of the best pizza places in Richmond, and they have numerous awards too, including 1st place for "Best Late Night Pizza for... 25+ years" - so you know they're open late. My order: Everything Special: I really liked how there was also a layer of meat onthe bottom of the crust in addition to the toppings. Generous portion of toppings overall and good quality ingredients. Crust isa medium thickness providing a good crust to topping ratio. I also liked how there wasn't too much tomato sauce, so it pairsnicely with the crust/toppings instead of being overpowering.
