Last 2 times even ordering ahead on the app it has been a 20 minute wait for 1 coffee. Today ordered at 11.34 and received my... drink at 11.53. I don't know why the lady working here is so rude. I just want to ask for a paper bag to put my 4 drinks so that they will not... pour on my car. But she looks like so hate me. We just don't know each other, why can't we be nice to each other? She makes mefeel so uncomfortable now. The company should improve the staff's standards. Too terrible experience this time. worst service ever! I placed a mobile order for an iced drink and a hot drink, I waited over 15 minutes for my iced drink and... got my hot drink within five minutes, this is absolutely ridiculous and they should be more cohesive to provide better customerservice..... When I asked where my cold drink was the lady looked over annoyed and said "the back is making it" which I found tobe rude instead of apologizing for the wait or checking in with the lady in the back making it.... and to top that off you haveone person yelling out the drink names, holding the drinks by the lid where the mouth piece is which I find very unsanitary, Iworked in the restaurant business for a few years and I understand that you are not supposed to grab a cup by the area of whichyou drink from. This just occurred today a few minutes ago so just wanted to share my thoughts. Never ordering from here again,totally regret it. Read more

This location is okay, they are inconsistent. I order blonde roast close 3pm from here often and six out of ten times the coffee... is warm to cool. They don't brew blonde roast after 3pm I get told but that doesn't account for warm to cool coffee. Read more

Front desk lady very nice but store not cleaned. Management need to take care for that matter.

Usually ok but I noticed one thing from my few recent orders that: Every time I ask for light ice they just don’t care n fill... the half cup with ice. Also In my previous mobile order, I placed iced matcha tea with vanilla sweet cold foam. But when I wentto pick my order, a girl said they don’t have any foam and she didn’t offer any substitute. My next order was the same yetit had almost no foam and was filled with just ice. They can at least do better than this. Read more

i was waiting to get my mobile order, stood at the window (i saw my drink on the side already) for five mins nobody helped and... three of them stood around. when i got my drink and left, i took a sip and it just black tea no lemonade. the colour was offtoo. i didn't pay five bucks for a 3.94 drink :/ Read more

Falling for the festive flavors, we tried a Soy Pepermint Mocha and Chestnut Praline Almond Latte. Whilst you get great... efficiency and friendly service, unfortunately these drinks were pretty miserable and felt uber rushed and the milk tastes burntas a result. It's a super busy location, but unjustified to have such a poor tasting result as I normally always go to Starbucksfor its awesome consistency no matter on the location. I love Starbucks and a regular customer, but unfortunately this was oneof my worst visits. Read more
