I went in to order food. The washroom was so dirty, I cleaned it for them cause I felt bad. The person working was a lady in... her 40?s , looked like the owner or manager cause she didn?t wear subway shirt like the other. She was doing an online order atthe same time and kept asking me the same damn questions. I thought she was doing it deliberately. Using the same disposablegloves between multiple orders and touching cash register/debit machine. My order was finished and right before I payed shemoved onto an online order which came in after me and she tried to sort out a confusion. Showed up to this location at 7:29 a.m.. Open the front door walked in was told by the staff that they're not open yet and not... taking any orders. I looked at my watch and it was now 7:30 I looked on the front door it said they opened at 7:30. I guess theydon't want people's money . If you're not open why is your door unlocked. And if the front door says 7:30 and at 7:30 but you'restill not open and not taking orders . Worst subway. All they had for bread was brown bread. .. for a strictly sandwich business having only one type of bread is... unacceptable.. and when I had to repeat myself of what type she made a snarky remark and rolled her eyes. The server there was very rude. Maybe a personal issue. But please. Keep it to yourself and don't take it on your customers. The... shop always missing sth, not enough vegetables today, not enough egg another day. And they won't do any extra work for u, suchas extra paper, extra cup, or even won't toast bread for u. Nice little Subway in the Seafair plaza. It's a little small, and the layout for the lineup is narrow, but when it isn't busy,... like on this wet and snowy day, it isn't an issue at all. I tried the new meatless meatball sub, and I must say that I wasrather impressed! It tasted exactly like the real thing. The only problem is, it doesn't save you any calories. Still, given theproblem of raising cattle in a sustainable, environmentally friendly way, this is a great substitute. Happy eating! Read more
The East Indian server girl was very rude. Maybe a personal issue. But please. Keep it to yourself and don't take it on your... customers. There are many Subway nearby (Terra Nova, Blundell + No 2, Chatam St, the list goes on). Especially if this is afamily owned franchise you may want to change your attitude. "No Meatballs left, you buy something else". And then the employee walks away... Very rude and unhelpful customer service. And... the employee was not wearing a mask, which is pretty gross in a fresh made food environment. We left without ordering food, andwill never return to this location. Read more
