Love this Subway location! This is the only one I like going to because I feel like the sandwiches I get from this place are... consistent. Rude staff who told me when I corrected their mistake that it was mine. I said Italian herbs and cheese and he took out the... white Italian and then blamed me for saying Italian. Well sir you have two different Italian breads, however I said herb andcheese. He actually said no you didn't and tried fighting it. Both my daughter and I heard herb and cheese and will never begoing back to this location. I live in Richmond BC. There are quite a few Subway locations and I can choose between a couple of them. I usually go to the... location at 3rd and Williams because it?s easier to park. I?ve always received good customer service and the products are prettyfresh. That was not the case last night at all. I went at 7:30pm and the man that was working was miserable. I understand baddays, I do, sometimes customers are terrible or things aren?t going well. I have worked many customer service positions myself.Never ever have I experienced a situation like last night. The man didn?t want to sell me 12 cookies because he needed some forthe case. Those were his exact words. I asked him the question ?you?re not willing to sell me cookies?? He replied ?maybe a fewbut not 12? I was really shocked and he could tell so he offered that he could maybe sell me an assorted box but that he wouldhave to pick them. I said no (because I can?t eat the cookies with chocolate) and felt like getting really angry at him but Ididn?t. I?m not that kind of person. I would want to know if I was the owner of the store.
