I have known Thai Express since the OLD Richmond Centre foodcourt downstairs. I used to be disappointed with their food... specially the pad thai. Now the taste, flavor & ingredients have improved a LOT. I'm so happy. I now love their spicy pad thai.I don't have to go to Granville Island to taste a good pad thai. ???? Read more

Slow service. One top of that, there?s way too many unreasonable over charges for add ones. We ordered a Vegan Cauliflower... Stir-fry bowl and we were charged $3.60 EXTRA for the cauliflower rice when it?s a cauliflower bowl to start with. They alsosaid we have to pay 25 cents for their tap water. We ended up paying $41 for 2 Vegan Cauliflower bowls and a bottled water.Restaurant prices for food court food ??????????? Read more

I read the reviews and wonder if people have too much expectation from a food court, so I went anyway because I usually like... Thai Express?s Pad Thai. I ordered very spicy and it was just sweet. Thai food can be sweet but this was another level, itwasn?t a good sweet. It was far from delicious or even acceptable in term of taste. The wok skill was there. The service washorrendous. I asked for chilli fish sauce because it was too sweet and I got sweet fish sauce (and a side of eyes rolling). So Iask for some chilli sauce and that wasn?t spicy or even a Thai chilli sauce at all. They made me feel like I bothered them byasking for sauce so I didn?t bother after 2 tries. I will never have Thai Express at this location again. If the food is good,I?ll over look the rude service because I know food industry can be tiring, they are busy most of the time! But when the food isbad and the service is horrible, no thank you! We ordered Richmond centre?s Thai Express through Uber Eats once. They used very small noodle to go box ???? to pack their Pad... Thai and pressed them tightly. Either they ran out of big boxes or they were being cheap about the portion size. Read more

Having placed an order with Uber eats this restaurant failed to ensure that they checked what was ordered against what was kept... for delivery. This resulted in a very partial delivery. Uber Eats failed to ensure that my order was verified by their deliverystaff & the restaurant failed to check the same . After hitting help all uber eats did was refund a portion of my order whichwas also an error . The restaurant was incapable of handling their error and rectifying the problem despite providing them withalternative solutions . This should be escalated and resolved by ensuring proper checks are carried out . This is not a positiveway to treat an Uber eats customer . This is also not an acceptable way for a restaurant to carry out their service business. Atthe very least I would expect a full meal voucher from the restaurant for their error & a discount from uber eats on my nextorder . Read more

Very low efficiency - went there during lunch break. It was super slow, only one person in front of me when I lined up to order... (noodle soup) and I waited 15min for my order, even the customers ordered after me got their orders. And it happened every timewhen I went there! Food was okay - not sure about the stir fries but the soup I ordered is very salty most of the time. I would100% recommend Thai Express at other location, but just not this one. Read more

It's your normal food court food. The female cashier though, had to say hello about 3 times because she was texting on her... phone. Not a very nice image. Also don't know why she washed her hands with her gloves on instead of changing them. I ratherthey not wear gloves and wash their hands instead. Read more

Thai Express is a food court stall. They do quick and dirty thai but made to order. Depending on the staff it can be correctly... seasoned and sauced or fairly bland. In general it is below what you would get at a thai restaurant. It is filling though andthe freshness of the ingredients makes it competitive against some of the others. Parking is available from the mall, with therooftop being the closest. The Canada line is the closest transit hub, but several bus stops are nearby as well. Read more
