Haven?t been here in years!!! Food is still as I remembered it and the prices really haven?t changed even though inflation is so... high. Sourdough bread and garlic spread is exactly how I remembered it and both the manicotti and lasagna were delicious. Lunchportions are fantastic and we were both beyond stuffed. I use to love the Spaghetti Factory food way back when? Tonight, after many years, we returned for a family dinner. The service... was great! And the atmosphere was nice, with all the lovely Tiffany lampshades. The menu has enough choices for everyone andextras are included with all the entrees - salad or soup, sourdough bread with delicious whipped garlic butter, tea or coffeeand ice-cream. The fettuccine I ordered was decent, but not as wonderful as I remembered and, sadly, there?s no longer chunks ofcandied fruit in the spumoni ice-cream because of people?s allergies. Awesome manager! We were serve with undercooked chicken. He came and apologized with no excuse and ask if he can help with... anything.The second time around, the pasta had little to no sauce compared to the original plate (they may have just re-servedthe same pasta?) and the grilled chicken was not presented nicely (covered by the pasta when the first time it was placed nicelyon top). It was edible so didn?t complain, just asked for more sauce. Think the manager notice the issues and insist waive thebill which we told him we were happily just waive that dish already. Seriously not recommended. Spaghettini boiled too long and too soft. Rib too dry and salty. Meatballs taste weird. Clam chowder... served nearly cold. Servants are passionate but door attendant is barely wake up. Read more

Haven't been here in awhile and still as good as the last I remembered. Their meals comes complete with a fresh sourdough bread... with garlic butter, soup or salad, and either coffee or tea. I upgraded to a clam chowder instead of ministrone. Was reallygood along with their coffee. For my meal I had penne with chicken with a creamy sauce. And ended with spumoni ice cream. The food here is sad. The mussels were very salty and not fresh at all. Another appetizer was overly oily. Pasta is just ok. Ice... cream tasted artificial flavor. Even McDonald?s is better option than this. Will never visit again. Read more

The homemade bread ???? and butter are really yummy You have choice of salad or soup for starter The main dish spaghetti ????... was good but I personally prefer their pasta Their ice cream is not too sweet and you mostly feel the flavor Their tea was greatand special way to serve it Read more
