I work at the airport right across from the tim hortons. Every time i go i receive terrible service. Where employees are rude... and do not own up to their mistakes. Once I found hair in my sandwich and complained about it because it is disgusting. Insteadof giving me another sandwich, the manager said I placed my own hair in my sandwich and was incredibly rude. Unbelievable iknow. Another time I order a wrap and they ended up giving me the wrong order and when I went to them to get my correct orderthe manager rudely told me "next time check before taking", even though they have a name system. Don't make sense. Employeesshould be re-evaluate as many of them are rude for no reason. Read more

Kudos to the great customer service from the Filipino male staff who was manning the shop this morning. Im travelling from all... the way from Australia, and was ready to judge how good a Canadian coffee is. This was my first Tim Horton experience and wouldlike to commend this staff for great experience, and surprisingly a good french vanilla cold brew. However, Straya coffee arestill way better IMHO. ???? Read more

We have experienced the worst customer experience at this location today. There was a lady named Fatima was so much rude. She... was taking order and talking behind in in her own language.While ordering we were just asking for extra cream when she got sorude and show the bad attitude. Even after that ,she was kind of laughing on us and staring at us very badly to show that sheinsulted us. Her behaviour spoil our whole day. People visit to refresh their day with a coffe but due to these kind ofemployees make their day worst . It is becuase the store is inside the airport due to which people need ti visit but otherwiseif i got a chance. I will never ever visit to this place . Read more

Was recently here on a layover. As to be expected, it was extremely busy, yet they were equally understaffed and overworked.... Despite this, the employees kept going. From someone who?s worked in the service industry, they deserve a raise. The bagel wasfresh and dark roasted coffee hit the spot. Read more

Worst customer service my hash brown was hard as hell couldn?t even chew it.went to show the manager that it was my lunch hadn?t... eaten anything and look at hash brown I swear just a general feedback she was worst didn?t even let me speak and said don?t yellat me she was trying to play victim card speaking in own language like why would you do that. The cashier was wearing gloves while taking cash and using the same gloves to pick up doughnuts and muffins. There were some... guests before me, who were served with food that is cross contaminated with germs. I told the lady who helped me if she usedwaxies for my muffins, she said yes but I doubt it as I'm watching her while picking my items. She replaced my muffins of coursefor I will not feed to my son dirty muffins. She shouldn't wear gloves if she is taking cash or she can replace new pair glovesevery transaction. It is a food safety issue that has to be addressed. Read more
