Long slow line, half the menu was unavailable, staff could have been nicer but the food they did have was very good

Convenience for me to get a lunch. Waiting time average 30minutes if you order food. Food is assembled on the spot, better than... the defrost prepackaged options They sometimes forget sauces in your wrap, just need to double check. Read more

Clearly the franchise owner puts zero effort into keeping this location running smoothly. They are failing to open on time and... the staff are making zero effort to serve the massive, waiting line. Nice to have a monopoly I suppose. Read more

Only one location was open so this one had a long lineup. After lining up for 20 minutes in a long line up, one of their... employees who was ?only doing her job? cut off the line right in front of us with the only two hungry babies in that line! Afterpleading she was completely heartless and denied the kids food. It?s time to hire some humane employees! Read more

The airport charges airport improvement fee each time you bookand can?t even have one Tim Hortons open. They?re either short... staffed or closed if they don?t have enough staff. As the other reviewer says what a joke!!! Read more
