Great customer service. Very helpful. Ordered via app and it was ready when we got there.
This was a pretty crazy location, especially early in the morning on a weekday. The lines were long, parking lot busy, and very... crowded inside. That said, the staff were friendly and very fast, the lines moved steadily, and online orders were processedquick too. This location is the worst one in Richmond, the service is slow, they allow homeless to sleep inside the restaurant at... night.... They say they are 24hrs that's a lie... they don't half the menu is not available after 2am and the ding start makingstuff till 5am so ya.. I've called head office multiple times with no response.
