Great view of the beautiful Richmond kwantlen road. Offer quite a lot of seating including booths and tables. Good place to meet... up for group projects and exam study groups. Offers great selection of beverage drinks and sandwiches. Staff is friendly andhelpful. Good amount of free parking spaces and open during school hours. Fresh muffins everyday and great coffee.
