I have taken thought on what to say, as l believe they are working hard to make a success, but the male proprietor needs work on... personal and service skills. My wife was trying to order from the above menu with a trainee girl, it was miscommunication, butshe was trying when the male called up a person behind my wife that person came up close and made my wide uncomfortable, themale deminure was obvious he was not happy my wife was taking so long. In the end a order was taken wrong, the male correctedthe order with out a smile, the lady proprietor was more gentle in asking my wife which order she wanted. At the end when thefood was given l said thank you 3 times loudly because l did not want to leave with giving thanks. The male never acknowledgedme, the lady did, the male was not busy just his head down. Now whether my understanding was right or wrong.. customer's arestill customers. Read more
Ordered from To Go Sushi Richmond Centre store. $17.5 plus tax for the 8 pieces Nigiri sushi, and the fish basically PAPER... THIN. For this price and quality, I prefer to go to an authentic Japanese owned restaurant such as Seto Sushi in Richmond for amuch better quality-price ratio. Read more

I used to go here a lot when I worked closer. Ordered a large poke bowl to the tune of $17+ (incl tax). And it was TINY! Really... disappointed at the size. I even asked them when I first picked up my order if it was in fact the large and she said yes. I'veadded my pop bottle beside it for reference. Likely won't be coming back here again. Read more
We?ve never had issue here as it?s been consistent but we find the one in Guildford is slightly better.

Rubbish sushi I call it. Rice was so hard and dry and tasted like yesterday rice. It was expensive and worse than the T&T sushi.... Go there only when you have no choice. I rather grab the buns from the Hk style bakery next store for a quick bite. If youreally need sushi in Richmond centre, do yourself a favor and get it from the food court. Read more
The rolls are always fresh and delicious. The staff are also very friendly and quick in their work.
