Confusing experience. Longtime member, first time picking up whole pizza to go. I called ahead, ordered pizza and provided... approximate time for pick up. I arrived on time. Food court is inside the building, you pass the food court after you pay forpurchases and before you exit the building. I attempted to enter through the EXIT door since it was closest entry to food court. The employee checking receipts when you exit the building stopped me and instructed me to enter through the ENTRY door. Iexplained I didn't have my membership card, had ordered from the food court in advance and was not entering the store to makeany other purchases. Again I was directed to the ENTRY door. I proceeded to the ENTRY door, where I was asked for my card. Irepeated my story, this time I was directed to the membership counter which required I again try and go in via the EXIT door. This time I snuck by the attendant at the EXIT door as she checked receipts. I proceeded to the membership desk, again Irepeated my story. The attendant behind the membership desk was very polite, but he couldn't understand why I was sent to themembership desk. D I received a temporary membership card and proceeded to the door court. I had to wait in the cash line inorder to ask where I pay with a credit card. I was directed to a payment kiosk where I figured out the process, paid for mypizza and then proceeded back to the pickup window in the food court, another Iine. Can they make this any more complicated? Read more

Buck fifty hotdog and drink. Best part is you get to load it up with a heaping pile of chopped onions.

Some of the most delicious "pizza al trancio" it reminds me of my college years. Pretty cheap however if you buy more than two... slices consider ordering a whole pizza for just few bucks more. This location has forks and knives out so you do not have to askthe associate. I typically just drink free water from the fountain. I have not tried other food but I guess it's OK for a quickmeal while busy doing grocery etc Read more

I got a slice of pizza. It had a puddle of grease on it. I only ate a few bites and felt sick. My coworker ordered the bbq... brisquett sandwich thing. She couldn't eat it and felt sick afterwards too. In retrospect I should have just got a smoothie. Don't get the greasy food here unless you have a stomach of steel. Read more

I had called in two pizzas, a peperoni and a combo, over the phone and this very sweet lady ansered and said it would be about a... 30 minute wait. I got there 25 minutes later and gave them the name on my order which was Soso, short for my full name Oru-Soso.Once I said my name the lady said "we have an order for SOSO" and all the employees in the foodcourt started laughing and onehollered out " SOOOSOOO" as they all continued laughing. Then when I walked over to pick up my order at the next window, thewoman told me they had lost my order but they have pizzas they can give me so she gave me some old pizzas that had been sittingthere. The pepperoni one was disgusting and and stale, probably because it had been sitting out. The whole reason I ordered overthe phone was for my pizzas to be made fresh. Just overall a frustrating experience. Read more
