I wish they were less stingy on the sauces especially the one cilantro dressing for a large salad. I was sad they discontinued... the jalapeños sauce. Chicken always fresh. Read more
Their 3 Tacos El carbon is my choice for lunch. Always delicious and filling. I like the Richmond location best
I went to Pollo Loco during the busy dinner hour, 5:00 pm. Never Again will I do that!! The drive-thru line was out of the... patking lot. I went inside and about 6 folks in line. When I ordered my food and picked it up, I should have opened the bag andchecked the items. But I did not. When I got home and checked my items, the chips and guacamole were missing! Grrrr. This wasfrustrating. The 4 pieces of chicken were burnt/charred: the chicken wing was so burnt it was not edible. The breast and other2 pieces were so dry and tast-less that adding the salsas on them for taste and moisture was useless. And instead of corntortillas I received flour ones. Bad meal day for sure! Do not go here during dinner hour. If you do take-out, check your itemsbefore leaving the restaurant. And check the chicken to make sure it is edible!!! If not, ask for fresher pieces.
