This is the best I?ve had in the Bay Area! Yes, the lines and wait time can be long depending on the time of day. I lucked out... this time and had my food within about 5 minutes. I will say though that I have waited 20 minutes before and it?s worth thewait. I always get the carne asada tacos. I tried a chicken taco this time. Pretty good. Nothing beats the asada though! Ihighly recommend this place! Read more

Their tacos are decent. Burritos below average. Asada fries, nastiest fries I?ve had. Tomato tasted like it was cut and put in... the fridge for several weeks. Asada wasn?t good. Fries tasted like they were frozen (store bought). The cheese wasn?t evenmelted either. On top of all that it was like 2$ (15$) more than everywhere else and had less food compared to everywhere else. Please lower the price because your shi ain?t good Read more

I got one quesabirria and two shrimp tacos and they were delicious. The only downside was I waited 20 minutes for them. I really... wanted to order more but didn?t want to wait. So order a lot, the first time. My taco also came with only one tortilla, which Iassume is part of the Tijuana style. The place is popular and has a small amount of parking. There?s nice, outdoor heatedseating but no in-shop seating. Read more

Great spot for classic California mex. I haven?t been through as much of the menu I?d like but appreciate the Birria Tacos,... Shrimp Tacos and Carne Asada burrito. Usually a bit of a line but it moves quick, nice to have the option to dine outside.Definitely an gem and anchor for some great new spots this side of San Pablo Ave. Read more

Unless you made fresh tortillas yourself for a family of 10 or seven, stop complaining about the wait time! I went there for the... first time today and for the amount of people they serve and making fresh tortillas, the time makes sense! Specially if you wantthem to be good quality. The folks do their best to serve in time, this is not a fast food restaurant! Come with patience andtime. The tacos are great! Also for the person complaining on the reviews about onion allergy, who goes to a Mexican restaurantwith an onion allergy? It makes no sense, have you never cook a Mexican dish? Onion, tomato cilantro and peppers are the basisfor most of our food. You are asking for a miracle. Read more

My new favorite taco place and would recommend if you have time to burn, but wait times for your food are quite long. Their red... tacos with adobada are my favorite, and the chicken is a solid second. Their salsas are great, especially the roasted tomatosalsa (middle one), and the complimentary curtido too. Fantastic tacos. Possibly the best Mexican food I've had in the Bay Area. Their red tacos and red burritos are incredible -... massive, filled with melted cheese, and wonderfully grilled meats. I'd highly recommend going with half steak and halfchorizo. Their prices are totally reasonable too. My only complaint is that it can take quite a while for the food to beprepared. My suggestion is to order online ahead of time and then drop in to pick up. Read more
