Inexperienced customer service?they had a line of people waiting in the restaurant to place orders and both of the cashiers were... on the phone. After one completed the order on the phone she walked away to the back then returned to pick up a new call whilestaring at all of the customers in line. Read more
If you value time, DO NOT order from here. 30 minute wait ETA after placing an online order then having to wait another 30... minutes once I'm there for the pick up. I may as well order chicken nuggets with the honey mustard from McDonald's, I'd be morehappier tbh. You can just feel the tension from everyone waiting 40+ minutes. It's beyond frustrating.
