Appetizer of pretzels and beer cheese was epic. Everything else was just okay. Server was efficient and friendly. But I... mentioned twice when she was at the table that I wanted dessert and was totally ignored. Our bill was brought out without herasking if we wanted dessert and then we were told her daughter was selling candy bars for school and she brought the box to ourtable. We did buy some but it wasn't what I wanted. And I don't think it was the place to sell them. Just my opinion. Read more
Food seems like its nothing special. Our waitress was nice, but overworked. I understand when you have no staff, but why sit... people all in one spot when you had the whole restaurant to seat them? ???? Where was the manager? Sure not helping the floorstaff. Had dinner at Applebee's last night. I want to give a shout out to the host/busser. It seemed like they were very short staffed.... But the host seated us, got our drinks and appetizers. The host never stopped. I thought he was the manager at first. He was sopersonable, and just really working his tail off. And wearing a boot (must have had a foot injury) the whole time. He wasrunning circles around every other employee in there. Thank you sir for the great service with a great big smile and wonderfulattitude. Read more
Terrible service, people behind us said their food wasn't freshly cooked all the way, server had no clue what they were doing.... Took 20 minutes to get 3 straws, server talked to other people while we was waiting on her. Will not come back due to poorservice. Our food was ok but didn't look great or fresh. Server didn't let me finish giving out my order only ended up with justa side no entrée. Told table behind us they were out of cheese sticks and few minutes later brings our food out with cheesesticks. Server was grateful about not redoing people behind us order when it wasn't made properly. She also, left our bank cardunattended for anyone to take at register when there were customers in the building and around the register that could get to itand steal it. Poor service, poor experience, 1 star maybe less then that. Will not return family was disappointed as well as theother family behind us was as well. Read more
Had a party of 20 and they did a great job food was amazing.
Service was great for getting there so late. I had not been there for a couple years. The food came out really quick and tasted... good. Waitress was very nice and held a conversation with everyone that was in our section. I recommend stopping in and givingit a try. Read more
I ordered to go in the app and ordered the Riblet plate with French Fries. It tasted great. UPDATE:. May 1, 2022-I dined in... this time. They still offer great food. I ordered the Chicken Won Ton Tacos. It was delicious. It tasted so good, I forgotto take a picture! I will do so the next time! UPDATE:. August 7, 2022-This time, I ordered from the app. I ordered theChicken Won Ton Tacos again. I also got a Diet Pepsi. When I got home, I found they were not assembled. The shells werethere, but the chicken was in one container, the slaw in another, sauce in another, and the lime in another. I expected them tobe already assembled, but once they were assembled, they were good. UPDATE,:. December 8, 2022-I ordered from the app this timeagain. I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Scampi Skillet and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious. It also tasted and smelled great. Icouldn't wait to taste it. It had grilled chicken, shrimp on top of mashed potatoes, along with broccoli. It is a limited timeitem, and it should be a permanent part of the menu.
