Richmond Arby's restaurants would allow mobile ordering on the app. Every time I try to put the app on my phone, it says theycan't do mobile ordering at these locations. UPDATE: May 1, 2022-I was told in early April that one could start using the Arby'sapp to order from the Richmond restaurants sometime in April. Last week, I found in the Play Store that the app had beenupdated. I loaded it on again, and you still can't order from the Richmond restaurants on the Arby's app. When can one be ableto use the app to order from the Richmond restaurants? UPDATE:. July 12 ,2022- Last night, I came to this location after goingto a friend's house. I normally go to the Eastside location, but this one was closer to my friend's house. I did a mobileorder with a Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich, Medium Crinkle Fries, and a Coke Zero. I picked up my order, and when I got home, Idiscovered I got my drink, but instead I got a Buffalo Chicken Slider and a Large Curly Fries. I didn't have time to go backand get it done right, so I ate it. I emailed them, but no response and had no time to call them. I am letting them know here,because I know managers read Google Maps.
