Food was good!! We had a small mess up, my fiance accidently ordered the original hot sauce on his sandwich an thought it was... the least hottest because of the order the sauces were in, they offered to refund our money or remake it even tho it was ourmistake! Horrible from the beginning. Placed an online order @ 9:30 on a Tuesday. By 10:15 we still didn?t have any updates on delivery.... Called the store, and they said they had only gotten the order 3 minutes before, no apology either. Finally got deliverynotifications at 10:45, said it would be delivered by 11. About 11:10 we got our food. But wait, we only got part of our order.Decided to call the store, store won?t answer the phone. So almost 2 hours to get our food, and don?t have it all. They messed up my wife and I?s Door Dash order (forgot multiple items) but made it right. On top of that, they were very... friendly and welcoming when we went in to use the gift card they gave us. The food here has always been good along with theservice. My wife and I would recommend this place to anyone that likes wings and other bar food. It?s a step above otherplaces that serve similar food too because they have some original items and frequently change aspects of their menu (newsauces, etc). Bartender was horrible. 7 customers in the bar, the bar was covered with glasses and plates that had not been picked up. I was... there for 40min and the bar top had not changed. Ordered brisket tacos and fries, and got maybe a half order at best! Had toholler at the bartender across the building to return to the bar after chatting with friends in the restaurant in order to payhim. Absolutely the worst BWW I have ever been in. STAY AWAY!
