I am usually understanding when it comes to ordering delivery in the app. However, last night, I placed my order at 6:35 pm. My... order wasn?t even started until 7:30 pm. AN HOUR AFTER ORDERING. I didn?t get my food until around 8:30 pm. Also let me make itclear it wasn?t a big order, it was 1 item, just 1 item. I still paid full price, I?m just upset that it took 2 HOURS for 1 menuitem. Went to this store to pick up my order. It was not busy, my pizzas were the only ones to be picked up. A female was on the phone... taking an order she looked right at me after she was off the phone and just walked away. Never said anything to me. Someoneelse finally came up to see what I needed. When she heard me complain about her she just smiled. Horrible service. They need toget better help. She needs to be retrained in customer service. Read more
I ordered: Brooklyn Style - Pepperoni Pan - Pepperoni Hand Tossed - Pepperoni Thin Crust - Pepperoni (marinara sauce substituted... from robust tomato sauce) ????????? Out of the 4 pizzas I ordered I enjoyed the Brooklyn Style the most. With the thin crustbehind that, although won?t substitute sauce again for marinara since it lacked something in flavor profile. The hand tossedalong with the pan crust were fair at best. More dough than sauce and cheese. There were 2 slices of pan that were strictly onlydough that I didn?t enjoy. The hand tossed also just didn?t cut it for me since it didn?t have enough toppings. I?m not sure ifit?s less topping amount for the times or I was just unlucky as for 2 of the 4 pizzas. Great deals especially if you use Domino's app. Always has order finished in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and curtious.
Domino's is definitely doing it right here in Richmond, IN, on both the East & West side stores!! ALWAYS friendly, always hot, a... GREAT menu to choose from, and the 1 time I had an issue with my pizza, they were really quick to fix it!! Definitely has becomemy favorite pizza place in the past 2 years! (Yep! Even beating out what most USED to consider "the King of Pizzas" here, lol).Can't say enough positive about either store!! Read more
Very friendly and prompt staff. Very hot pizza I picked up in a flash after ordering. Not a fan of the taste though. That?s just... my preference I?ve discovered. I ordered Brooklyn style and to me it tasted similar to a frozen pizza. It?s about on par with aLittle Caesars pizza but with a sweeter sauce. Read more
