While the prices seem to rise when you turn around, the food and service are very good.

Love this place, if only I could afford it.
Richmond staff is great thank you for your hard work. But, Im sure it was a cooperate decision to make the sandwiches smaller... and boost the price. Im not mad, im just disappointed. Nothing in this world is safe anymore, even my favorite sandwich. Thismay fall on deaf ears i get it, but bring back the original sandwich bread, i will pay more for it if need be. Read more
I love Penn Station anyway, but the staff has always been very nice to us at this location (even when we come in within a... half-hour of closing, something I hate to do to workers). Also, if you ask them nicely, they will do your fries EXTRA CRISPYand they have given me a new raison d'etre. Pretty sure I heard the angels sing. Read more
As usual this place was fantastic. I really wish we had a Penn station in connerville. Their sandwiches are just the best along... with the fries. If you never had it you will definitely want to try it. Read more
We have eaten here for years. Love the fresh cut and cooked fries, but they overcook them for my tastes (ask for less cook time... if you prefer less dark). We used to eat there frequently, but they swapped their chicken salad for one with fruit and walnuts,which I despise, and then did away with it altogether. For years, they have gradually reduced the size of buns, and now stufffalls out while eating. Fresh lemonade...made from scratch and tasty. Read more
