If you have never been here it is well worth the trip. Food is great, but the ambiance and various conversation pieces hanging... from the walls and ceilings are next level. I went in and ordered at the counter and was told that my order would take about 20 minutes so I decided to wait in my car and... listen to music. As I was getting ready to go back in to check on my order the man who took my order was bringing it out to me. I thought this was awesome since they didn't say they were going to do this. So instead of just putting it up and waiting forme they delivered a service that was unexpected and much appreciated. And as always my food was as good as I expected it to be. Read more
Ordered pizza tonight. Gave address and paid for pizza over the phone. Wasn't told a delivery time so we waited. Ordered at 5pm.... At 6:30 we called asking about our pizza. It was marked for carryout. This place has went down hill. Ended up having to go pickup my own pizza or it would have been a longer wait! Read more
An awesome Indiana pizza tradition. From the double-decker bus seating to phones for calling your order in to the classic Royal... Feast, you can't miss with Richmond's Pizza Kings. The waitress was nice and quick with service. The place was clean and looksgreat after 64 years. Restrooms could use a little work but all in all it was a nice lunch stop. Read more
Where else can you have pizza in a double decker bus? And use a retro phone to call in your order from the table? If the bus... isn?t your thing, you can sit in a booth outside the bus, which is parked in the restaurant, and enjoy the lovely stained glassin this building, which is tucked away from the main streets of Richmond, IN. Pizza King is not my fav pizza, but my family andmany others rave and will drive far to get it. You will not know that it is a Pizza King from the outside, however, as thebuilding simply says ?Clara?s? Good tip- we called our order in ahead as a pick up and so it was ready for us to take to ourtable when we walked in. Especially great if you have little ones. Read more

We came here on a weekday around 9:45 (they close at 11:00). As we walked in, one of the waitresses saw that we were a group of... 8, rolled her eyes as she walked back into the kitchen and said "oh my god". This gave us a very poor first impression of thisrestaurant. We understand that it can be hard to serve a large group, but there were about 2 other groups in the entirerestaurant so they weren't exactly busy. However the pizza was very delicious and we enjoyed the novelty of the little slices.We loved the unique decor and ordering on the phone! Overall we enjoyed our meal, just wish we weren't given attitude for goingout to eat with a big family... Read more
