Very good. The table was clean. The food tasted warm and amazing and there server was great!
Stood inline and was waited on by a nice lady. They made a mistake on the door dash pizza and had to remake it. Not a big deal.... There was a gentleman who came in and stood waiting for help for 15 minutes. I spoke up to a young man named ?Tyler? and toldhim there was a man waiting for assistance. He nodded his head, scoffed at me and walked to the back. Slamming a cooler shut onthe way. No one came to help him for another 15 minutes. Also the phone rang 4 times and no one picked up. Best Pizza in town gets old but right back new after a short break. Expensive but worth it.
Best service out of all the PKs in Richmond! Servers and staff are always super friendly and always on top of refills!
This location is better than the others. The breadsticks are the best in town and not as busy. The price is getting a little out... of hand, so don't go as often. Read more
Ordered an hot ham an cheese. Waited a hour. If I was told they had 1 driver and my food would wait after being cooked I... wouldn't have ordered. Sandwich was completely cold and after 1st bite it tasted day old. Gross when you want a hot sandwich.Should have just made a plain cheese sandwich and saved myself 15.00. Sandwich got tossed in the trash. Shame on pizza king. Read more
What Hoosier doesn't love Pizza King?! I really can't fault them on much. Yes, my order has been completely screwed up at least... once. Yes, sometimes the wait is super long...but that's because everybody in town eats here! The staff is always SUPER NICE andthe quality is always there! All of the great orders certainly out do the one or two times they've made a mistake. Ithappens...but not very often here! Love this place! Read more
