More than once in the past couple weeks, I have come to this Starbucks to get a sandwich and a drink. After waiting in the... always long drive thru line, I ordered and have been told they?re out of the syrup for the drink I wanted. Changed the order andwas told they?re out of the syrup for THAT drink. I cancel the drink and just order a bacon, egg, and Gouda sandwich. Each timeI?ve been told they?re out of all of the sandwiches. I am then forced to wait in line just to get out, as the drive thru hascement bumpers on each side. Whoever is doing the ordering for this store is falling very short and needs to be assisted. Read more
One of my favorite places in richmond! I've been going to this store for years while I was in nursing school and got to know... almost all of the employees really well. They are all wonderful! I've never had a bad experience here. Love this starbucks!! Read more
This was the first time I ordered coffee from Starbucks. I had ordered lemonade from them a few years ago. I decided to try... the coffee, but after doing some reading, I found a way to lower the calories in the drinks. My order tasted the great. Myonly complaint was the long line in the drive thru. UPDATE:. June 11, 2022-I tried the Iced Starbucks Blonde Vanilla Latte, andit tastes great! I ordered again the Crispy Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Sourdough, and it is delicious, as always. I redeemedmy Stars for a Glazed Doughnut, and it is also good. They still have long lines at the drive thru. I go inside to pick up myorder, which is quicker. Read more
i came in to get a drink and saw how hard working one of the baristas was. she was able to make all her drinks while still... helping me with my questions about a tik tok drink i had seen. this girl needs a promotion she is a hard worker! Read more
I was by there earlier today and got a pumpkin cream cold brew. The person at the drive through was friendly. My drink was not... good though. I ordered it without vanilla syrup (because I don?t like it too sweet.) I take a sip and cannot taste any pumpkinor spice. I tried to stir it around thinking that would help but it didn?t. Used there bathroom and ordered a grande size strawberry refresher. Nice staff and the building was clean. Would recommend!
I'd have to say that this Starbucks is one of the best ones that I've been to. 1. Service is quick. 2. Service is friendly 3.... Nice seating options. 4. PLUGS for electronics! EDIT: 10/19-Staying again nearby and spent several hours over 2 days doing workat this Starbucks. Staff is exceptional. Every single one of them was friendly. You can tell many of them have been there forawhile as they recognized regulars and even greeted a few by name. Areas were kept clean. In fact this probably the cleanestStarbucks that I've been to. It looks like it's due for a remodel. Hopefully it won't be transformed into a sterile environment.Thanks all for your hospitality! Read more
Stopped by this Starbucks drive-thru on a road trip. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew with extra foam and extra topping, and... I was sooo happy with it! Lots of locations barely do extra topping but these baristas really loaded me up :) My partner alsoappreciated the barista double checking that the ice amount in their espresso was good. The team was super kind and the vibeinside seemed really comfortable and energetic. If I lived close to here, I would definitely visit this Starbucks again! Read more
