that was the fastest I've ever gotten a Subway sandwich and it was DIVINE. workers were very friendly and helpful, too!

I don't Subway much at all but this location is probably the best one I've been to. The food is better than average amongst... other Subways but the staff is what made this place really shine. I was there before closing time and they were already closed and already mopping. I called several times and was hung up on. I... called back again to be told they had been really busy with door dash. Nothing to do with them closing early. She was very rudeand hung up on me !!!! This is ridiculous !!! Read more

Hateful and nasty over the phone. Hire new management. No complaints about the rest of the staff but that hateful nasty phone... call with the night manager ruined it for me. I understand being short staffed and stressed, but when it's your job to be acustomer service representative you can't take your bad day out on the customer. Read more

They seem short staffed and you can tell they are trying their best, like every restaurant right now. But with that said, we... paid $30 for 2 foot longs and a wrap, with 3 chips. The prices understandably have gone up. But my sandwich was forgotten and Icalled and drove back to get it. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes after they said they?d be right with me. After all theother customers left I was still sitting there and so I drove back around only to be told to wait again. Then they didn?t evenknow why I was there, so I had to explain again and reorder at the window and wait another 6 minutes for them to make mysandwich. All I wanted was to get extra lettuce on there. And I get home and there is like 2 pieces of lettuce. I used to ordera lot, but just seems like the quality and reading what people want on subs has become nonexistent. They just throw on as muchas they want to which is fine, but don?t give the option to do more and less if it?s going to be the same every time. Read more

My first in a long time, and most likely my last, visit to this Subway. I was disappointed to receive the wrong order but I... understand mistakes happen. However, I should not be put last in line and watch people walk in and walk out with their food foranother half hour while I wait on mine, and then get a rude reply from the young manager when I ask why such a long wait. Yes, Ican see you are busy and I have been VERY patient and understanding. However, I put in an order at 7:10 and am not receiving thecorrect food until 8:00 and not only without an apology but with bad attitude. Then my sandwich had so much mayo on it it wasinedible to me. I was polite the whole time even though this was taking up my short evening and left wondering if they weretrying to prove something? Read more
