Love Subway!! We don't get to stop in enough. But, every time we do, it's delicious!
Well I got a hair with a cookie wrapped around it. It was baked into the cookie. When I complained, the "manager" said there was... nothing he could do. I have ordered from this location about once a month for the past year. Besides seeing new faces everytime i walk in, they have... always produced expected product. The time before this we seen the writing on the wall, attention to detail was slipping. Theproduce and meat just looked sloppy. I gave them one last shot today. The vegtables looked like they threw it against the wallto "cut it", and then left in a fridge for a week. I could tell old has been placed on new multiple times by the slime in thetubs. Whats worse, is when i get home the bread is straight dough on the inside. So i called and got met with excuses, no biggiepropably first job and dont know how to handle adversity yet. She says all our bread is cooked to time. Then it all cametogether, i seen them leaving the oven open on cool down cycle and not letting it rest properly, i mean i think thats it if theyare supposidly cooking it to the right time. All in all, either the oven is broke, its not cooked to time, or leaving the ovenopen early is the cause of this. If the attention to detail is there, the person cutting the bread and smashing it flat shouldhave seen the state of the bread and fixed the issue or offered different alternatives. Glad I took the time to check my sandwich before I drove away. I PAID for it, I'm gonna make sure what I paid for is right. Last... Thursday, April 7th, the dining room was closed for remodeling so I would've had to have gone back through the drive-thru, therewere several vehicles lined up behind me. Service was fast and my sub was perfect. But better then that was these Caramel apple cookies. They are the most amazing cookie... I sent my husband back to get a doz of them. They are the best cookie i have ever had. ????????????Busting with Flavor Read more
