I was going daily for a cappuccino blast but they?ve hired some young guy who insists on being rude, and he makes them so... terrible. I had to ask for the chocolate syrup on the mocha drink twice, i try and be nice and ask how his day is but he refusesto give good customer service. I will be going some place else the next time that I have an ice cream craving. The last two times I have gone today and 3 weeks... ago they have had no flavors. Each time they maybe had 10 flavors. Today I was told they haven't gotten a truck in two weeks.And the previous time I was told the truck had only a few flavors on it. The customer service is outstanding! Rochelle was extremely helpful!!! We are so thankful that she was able to squeeze our order... into her already busy schedule. She was very honest from the start letting me know that their cake orders were already backed upbut said she'd try to complete it (and would give me a call a couple days before the pickup day if she wasn't able to do it).Fortunately, she was able to complete the cake and we are so grateful! She even gave me a courtesy call on the day of pickup tolet me know about the parking lot being paved and where to park. Excellent service and super accommodating! Highly recommend! Read more
