Ordered a bacon King meal and a double whopper Xtra cheese. Got hoke and went to eat and my bacon king was just meat and cheese.... No bacon, no condiments. The double whopper only had one beef patty. How hard is it to make a burger!? Yall got 12 year Oldsworking in there??? Read more

I am a delivery driver who has a pick up order at this location. I have never seen such rude service. I realize it was the first... of the month and a holiday weekend, and they were busy however when you have customers that are waiting and not beingacknowledged then there is a problem. This Richmond, Ky Burger King has gone down hill fast. Employyes and Management did not know about a new Chicken sandwich on... their own menu. Then failed to put bacon on my dpuble bacon cheeseburger so they opted to give me a box of old cold greasedover bacon.... I dont blame the employee. .I blame management. Read more
