Unfortunately, service at this location appears to be on a consistent decline, likely from staffing constraints. Window response... times and food wait times are steadily increasing week after week in the afternoons and evenings. I can honestly say I?ve neverseen another location ran like this one, and hope it isn?t representative of a very consistent brand lowering it?s standards ofexcellence. Read more

We came for breakfast, driving through while traveling. I have seen multiple customers (including ourselves) who not only had... to wait to be even acknowledged, but then had to wait for a long time to have orders taken. There was no coffee. We waitedfor about 15 minutes to get our order. Three items were forgotten from our order. There were 6 different employees taking abreak at the same, sitting and laughing while customers were waiting to have their orders taken and to be served. Anotheremployee was in the bathroom on her phone. The outside line was moderate. I saw 2 others who returned to have get somethingthat was not right in their order. I do realize I may not have all the information. However, this was the worst Chick-fil-Aexperience I have ever had. Read more
