I'm so happy I finally got the chance to try Fazolis. We stopped at one in Richmond KY. The staff were very sweet. Food came out... fast and hot and was so delicious, I give that 5 ?. I had the Philly cheesesteak ravioli. Endless breadsticks were awesome. Butwe had to ask for "refills" of them. I was NOT disappointed! The ONLY problem with giving 5 stars is due to they had noCoca-Cola at all available and the drink area needed updating. Can't wait to travel again hopefully there is a Fazolis! Read more
Dined in Sunday afternoon and was impressed with the quality of our meals and also with the service. A young man named Lee... waited on us with a smile and helpful attitude. When he wasn't waiting on folks he was cleaning tables, delivering food, allwith a smile on his face. We experienced a level of service rarely seen in restaurants today. When we got home with our take out order of Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine, all that was in both orders was noodles and sauce. No... chicken. Not one little piece. We didn't check it before leaving because the bag was tied in a knot. Didn't return it because welive out in the country. Got to love getting what you pay for, NOT! Read more
