Stop by late on Aug 2, service was excellent, ordered the pretzel and it was amazing but really you need at least 6-8 people to... help eat it( delicious) then had the Mushroom Burger again it was very good and juicy. Would most definitely return. Only onething, you need to update your website. The closing time is wrong and the menus don't match. Read more
I wanted to take my daughters somewhere nice to eat, I?ve been to Gilliums before and it was a great experience so we decided to... go today. It started off great but then it took forever to get refills, when we did get our food it was disgusting. I took onebite of my burger and my daughter didn?t eat her pizza at all. Olivia our waitress could care less and we still paid the $50 forfood that we didn?t like or even eat. She had no sense of customer service. I?m the last person to ever complain about thingsbecause I understand but the fact I just spent money and then she wanted a tip after I expressed nicely how we didn?t like ourfood was shocking and comical. There was no offer to make things right. I work in customer service and it amazes me that this ishow people treat their customers. Gillum?s has the best salads. I mean the pizza is amazing and the service is great, but the salads are phenomenal. Maybe one of... my favorites. Look at the amount of veggies in this Side Salad. Wow! Read more
