Mediocre food, very expensive & very nasty from 7ft up, server didn?t know answers to questions & didn?t even try to find the... answer. Never seen a manager the whole hour we were there. What happened to table touching? Manager seam to have give up. Wouldnot recommend. Read more
Service was terrible. Took 1+hr to get our food.
Tried IHOP for lunch. Not busy when we went in restaurant but soon became busy. My husband and I both had the Pancake Combo.... Choice of pancakes or crepes, sausage or bacon, eggs and hashbrowns. Food tasted ok. Really disappointed in size of pancakes served. Looked like a kids pancake size. They were a little bigger than... a silver dollar. Sooo..charge more and give less. Also was way understaffed. Had to wait unnecessarily and it was not busy atall. Once again..charging more and giving less and quality of service was not good either. Understand supply issues etc. But ifyou are going to inflate prices..service should match the increase in price. Only waitress in whole store did the best shecould. But she was set up for failure. I've eaten at this restaurant several times over the past ten years. I've always had great service and good food, but maybe... once.. literally. This time would prove different. The pancakes didn't melt the butter. Bacon burnt,ham salty, sausage tastedweird.egg cooked too long. Waste of money that I didn't have to throw away. Where to start? We waited 7 minutes 38 seconds to get seated. The place was empty other than 1 table. Got seated after I called... to get someone out of the back? The bacon was pre-cooked? Crispy and chewy. All of the food was pre-cooked and sent out cold?Well the eggs were somewhat warm, so they weren?t pre-made. Service? Saw her twice. Came here with a friend for late breakfast and we both had a great experience. Hannah was a terrific server and accommodated... our requests with a smile and friendly demeanor. Food was fresh and delicious. Read more
