I cannot begin to describe the experience I had tonight at this McDonalds. I?ll begin by saying I don?t mind to wait on my food,... especially if I?m doing the curbside pickup option. I placed a curbside order, and was waiting on my food for twenty minutesbefore I thought to myself ?Yeah, they are definitely not coming out.?. I figured that my order got lost or forgotten, and triedto call to no avail. My only other option was to go, sit through the drive through for TWENTY more minutes just to be told thatthey weren?t sending anyone out due to the construction and you had to go to the second window. Are you serious? I understandthe safety aspect, but at least have the decency to make that known. There was absolutely no indication that they weren?t takingorders out, which shows such a lack of consideration for others in a way that is not to mention, extremely unprofessional. I amappalled at the service, and the thing is they can see the people sitting in curbside from their windows. So that tells me theywatch people sit there for possibly 30+ minutes and really just ignore them. That?s what this is, ignoring people and theirtime. This was ridiculous. And if you?re worried about sending minors out to curbside when it?s busy at night, DON?T HAVE MINORSWORKING AT NIGHT OR TAKE IT OUT YOURSELF. Read more
As an employee at another McDonalds (Florence, KY), it's beyond disappointing every time I come to this one. Other than the... wrong orders consistently, the main issues I notice every time I come into the store are very poorly trained employees, horribleattitudes towards both customers and from management to employees, major spills on the counter not being cleaned up (I was inthere with a friend for 20 minutes, which was insane in itself, but the workers never cleaned the soda spill, and even put mybag right next to it, which ended up touching it), and just a general sense of the employees not knowing how to take orderseither efficiently or correctly. The beta aspect didn't include drive thru, which is what I got. I ordered two bacon biscuits, two bacon and cheese biscuits, two... pumpkin and cream pies, a pumpkin latte and an iced mocha. I usually expect my order to be not quite what I order, but the orderwas perfect. The window clerks were both professional and very nice. This is probably my favorite store for friendliness, greatservice, and getting my orders correct. Thank you! Read more
Just ordered on the mobile site and picked up my order and asked specifically if my cookies were in the bag and she said yes... they are on the bottom of the bag. When I got home with my order there were no cookies in the bag and when I tried calling theywould not answer. Read more
It is nice to know some things never change. Actually tried dinner for the first time in years, awful. The mcchickens had sat in... the cabinet so long the breading was like a wallpaper paste with a little texture, the chicken itself was dry as a bone. Thenuggets my wife got were also incredibly dry, and they forgot one of her sauces. Then they straight up forgot to put our largefry in the bag. Definitely just stick to breakfast, they never seem to find a way to screw up McGriddles. Read more
This was a very clean McDonald's. I admit I haven't been to a McDonald's in years but we made quick stop on the way home. I had... the quarter pounder with cheese and it was really good. The bathrooms were very clean and the entire store looked clean as well.Staff was also very nice. We made a good call on this one. Read more

Every day I come and ask for an iced coffee with light cream. Every day they serve me a near white coffee that basically tastes... like I'm drinking milk. I finally speak up and ask if they could fix when they get it wrong. Old lady at the window was a totaljerk "that is light cream, I'm not taking that back" and just walks away huffing. Another lady comes and gives me a fixed drink.I'm not really sure what's going on at this location. At every other mcdonalds I go to their regular iced coffee looks like whatthis one calls "light cream". I've never had such a consistently bad experience at a mcdonalds. Read more
