Went for breakfast. Second time this week. Both times given the wrong order. Found out today that even if no egg is ordered they... still use the same tongs and don't change gloves between orders. Egg is a common allergy you'd think they'd take moreprecautions. Then when I take the food back in, because once again I was given the wrong order, the im guessing other managerstarts yelling about no precautions infront of other customers. Absolutely ridiculous. I love this McDonald's but lately there have been issues. Mainly due to lack of workers so time in the drive thru is longer and... the frappe machine seems to always be broken. But when things are running smooth you couldn't ask for a better place. The foodis always good!! Read more
Ordered a #3 (double quarter pounder) and got a regular quarter pounder that was room temperature and cheese not melted. The... amount onions was enough for 3 burgers, and I like onions. Unfortunately I was too far to turn back around when I noticed. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. Be sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru! Read more
They've got newer employees that seem to not care or enjoy their job right now. Every time we go to drive thru they seem to care... a little less more & more.... it is showing in the way my food & drinks are made & handed to us.. from sloppy dripping frappes -to - soggy undercooked French fries... judge for yourself tho ??????????? I would give this place zero stars if I could. My husband and I went in at 7:30 this morning and were planning on eating... breakfast. Every table in there was dirty and the floor was filthy. I always thought that closing duties consisted of wipingdown tables and mopping the floor so, the restaurant will be clean for in the morning. I guess that this doesn't apply here.Sad, that this restaurant was completely demolished and rebuilt just to have the same nasty people still working there. Ithought piercings were not allowed in food service industry. Noone wants to see that when someone is dealing with your food.Most of employees look like they have just rolled out of bed and slept in their clothes. Read more

Waited 20 mins on food we ordered through kiosk due to short staff ???????? Manager standing at frontline eating her chicken... nugget meal...3 other employees walking around not in proper uniform and looked like these kids had t brushed their hair indays!!!!
