I originally posted a review with 3 stars because our to go order had an old salad, I’ll leave it at that ???? Olive Garden... responded and totally made it up when we went back to try dining in restaurant. The management explained how the salad wasn’tgetting rotated by a newer employee hey things happen and making them aware corrected the issue. Olive Garden continues to be one of my favorite places to eat. This visit to the OG in Richmond did not disappoint. Arrived abt... 4:30...several patrons in restaurant...but we were seated promptly. The restaurant was well staffed!! Our server, Maria, wasvery attentive. Salads were fresh. Breadsticks were hot and delicious! I chose the chicken and shrimp carbonara...my husband hadthe seafood Alfredo. Both entrees were delicious, hot and fresh. Enjoyable dinner! Read more

The service received by Hope and the other young lady was very good. The food was typical Olive Garden food. Our seating was two... tables from a fireplace insert that was not turned on, despite being 25 degrees outside. Though we were not near a door it wascold and drafty. I felt like I needed a blanket over my legs and feet. The food was not hot when it came to the table, moreroom temperature. Read more

OMG i can’t rant enough about his AWESOME this place was!!! The food was phenomenal and such generous portions ,the waiter was... just so amazingly kind,attentive and helpful!! I’ve literally never been anywhere quite like here before! They have raised mystandards for any restaurant to come! The bartender who wasn’t even serving us commented on how nice my children are and whatgood parents we are! I’m still shocked at how amazing my waiter is. When you come here ask for Rob!! He went out of his wayand got my daughter birthday donuts! The found out my other daughters birthday was a month ago. Talked to his manager and cameback with a chocolate cake for her!
