This is the second time in one month something is missing from of to-go order! The first time was a baked potato. This time... the fries for our kids meal and drink. I ordered a loaded potato and pictured is what they pack for loaded. Sad but true. $60poorly done. Read more

We went to diner with the whole family, which never happens! Our server, Cole, was awesome! My husband is a people person and... loved him! We never had to wait on refills, as he was on top of it. I had an incredible dining experience at the Richmond Outback on Wednesday night. We were promptly seated. Our server Piper was... attentive efficient and pleasant. The Outback Steakhouse in Richmond KY is an awesome place to eat! My family was celebrating a special birthday and did... not realize the restaurant was not open until 4 . When the manager realized we had planned this meal they allowed our group tocome in at 12:30 to enjoy our special birthday get together. Our server Vonda was amazing!! She had a wonderful personality and made sure everything was perfect! The food was great!
