Today I was under a lot of stress and in a hurry so decided to place an order for pick up. I failed to notice I chose the wrong... pick up location. Once I noticed my error I asked a staff member what I could do. The manager and staff worked as a team to getmy order and they contacted the other location, to cancel my original order, on my behalf. I come to this Panera at least 3times a week and have always had a great experience! Thank you for making my morning less stressful. Read more
I've been sick for a few days and didn't feel like cooking so I took a chance and ordered some comfort food from Panera, a place... I don't normally frequent. It was the worst tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich of my life. The soup tasted like raw, cannedtomatoes. The sandwich was made from two end pieces. Dry and over toasted. Too tough to chew. Horrible place. The coffee was lukewarm, they didn't have my selection of pastry, and I was given the choice to get a clammy... hard cinnamon roll. No apology. And this is not the first experience here. Dishes were piled high, and the floor was sticky. Idon't think I'll stop by here again. Such a cool place - not like other Paneras I've visited. Shame! We used to always get the frontega chicken sandwich. The last few times we have had it, it did not taste nearly as good.... Something changed. Also, they don't have the whole grain or sprouted grain roll that we used to like so well. It took a reallylong time to get our order. Read more
We stopped here for dinner after a long day's drive. Food was delicious, restaurant was clean and comfortable. A young man... named Griffin took our order and was so friendly. After returning to our hotel, I was dismayed to discover that I had left mypurse there with a quantity of cash in it. I immediately called and rushed back to the now closed panera. Griffin answered thephone and waited at the door with my purse. So thankful for a young man with integrity. Read more
There wasn?t a clean table in the place, dirty dishes piled up, floor, trash and food on the floor and counters sticky with... spilled drinks. We had to sit at a dirty table. When I reported it to the person behind the counter he said the dining roomperson was on break and he could not help. Gross! Do better Panera. Read more
I absolutely love this place! The portions are great. The service is friendly. Soup comes in cup and bowl size.. The cup is a... standard bowl size, a bowl is a decent sized bowl. And comes with a decent size side of bread. I ordered a chicken sandwich andsoup not knowing that cause it was my first time there, I left stuffed but satisfied. I highly recommend the broccoli andcheddar soup! It's a great, healthier place to go especially when you're not feeling any fast food. I got a chocolate chippercookie and toasted chocolate bagel to go. Both was super good! I will be back. Read more
Hi everyone, my reviews are normally excellent as you can see, however my experience with this particular Panera has been more... than subpar. My wife and I will no longer be frequenting Panera due their attitudes and blatant lying. I understand mistakes aremade but to blame the distributor when your other employee literally told me 30 seconds earlier they had the product isunacceptable. We ordered through their app and when they mixed up the order I was told to drive to their location if I wanted tocorrect their mistake, seriously? My order number is 833601211, judging by the attitude of the staff I wouldn?t expect anythingat this point. I hope the general manager of this location at least has the courtesy to apologize. BTW their Napa chixken saladis amazing just don?t order it from this location. For $40 we should have gone to Texas Roadhouse. Richard Read more
