I love coming here to eat and get a great cup of coffee ?? It's always so peaceful here and the music is very relaxing. But most... of all I enjoy the strong cup of coffee they serve here! I purchased the Pumpkin Spice Latte Hot and it was nice and strong, notover powered by the sugar or syrup like the usual way its made. I also got The Sunrise which is very delicious and healthy. It'sa wrap with egg, cheese, your choice or ham or turkey (I always get turkey) and more. It's to die for! My personal favorite! Read more

A wonderful place to eat, caffeinate and get some work done. I had to travel to Richmond for a vet appointment so I took my... office with me and set up shop at Purdy’s. I got some drip coffee which was the roast of the day and WOW! It was brewedperfectly. Most people who come to coffee shops look for artisan drinks, but it’s great to have a good drip option. I also hadbreakfast, a snack and lunch this is my thoughts: For breakfast I had the Farmhouse bagel, it was on a marvelous multi grainbagel with seasoned eggs (nice touch), cheese, bacon & sour cream. It was perfect, only issue was I only had one. For a snack Ihad a Blueberry muffin. It was good, not great, but I wouldn’t travel here just for a muffin so I won’t hold that againstthem. For lunch I had the Smokehouse wrap, and this blew me away. Full of pulled chicken, bbq, slaw (not sure if this is housemade or bought, but the slaw was ridiculously good). This wrap honestly blew me away. Would have liked to have it be a littlelarger but I’m also I large guy, it would be plenty for the average person Place is great! Give it a try Only complaint isthe lack of chairs with seat backs. I guess college kids like the modern high tops with the Barstools, but for extended stays Iwas here for over 4hrs, my back couldn’t handle that. Read more
BEST COFFEE SHOP EVER!!! Not only is the coffee amazing… but the prices are too. The people are so friendly, upbeat, and... always talkative with you!!! It’s so personable here.
