Ran down establishment, caked paint all over exterior doors, can only imagine the inside. Food is what's expected from the... outside looks, can remember when this place opened up, pretty much just been patched up over the last 20+ years, no real effortto refresh the business. Read more
The food is good, but I got scammed on a Door Dash order. They cancelled my order, but would only refund $2.94 of my money. Will... not give these guys or Door Dash another penny of my business since they seem to be in the business of stealing off theircustomers. Read more
Rally's was my third stop tonight to grab something to eat. The two other places had bad customer service or kept over talking... me while I was trying to order and if they had been listening to me at all I had ordered it exactly the way they are nowrobotically asking me their programmed questions..damn frustrating to be honest. The customer service from Jennifer tonight wasamazing and should be an example for a few other restaurants in the Richmond, KY area. I did commend her so much we forgot myapple pies but that's a small price to pay for GREAT customer service. I am not sure how I will like the food because I am apicky eater but this Carmel cheesecake Sundae looks like a small piece of sunshine. Very rude, asked for food cooked fresh because they had no customers and I didn?t want the food that had been sitting there for... god knows how long and they ignored my request and served food I couldn?t even eat. Waste of money. Read more
