The last couple times I stopped to get my order which was in Mobile order I put in before I got to the store it wasn't ready and... I waited like 20 minutes which should have been like 30 people in front of me if it takes 2 minutes to make a coffee or threeminutes to make a coffee per customer so I needless to say I was upset is almost makes me late to work if I want to get a copy Ididn't have to leave an hour early to stop through Starbucks for a mobile order and be late to work I apologize but that's theway I feel honesty goes a long way in my book!!!!! Food was great, drinks were good, but we went inside and parked our car, and the parking lot is an absolute nightmare and we... won't be returning as a result until it's fixed. Extremely stressful and as good as the food, drinks, and service were, dealingwith trying to figure out how to leave was miserable. If you have to go to this Starbucks, park somewhere else and walk. The drive-through needs a new route. The traffic of people trying to leave the parking lot with the drive-through line going... through the middle of it, was dangerous to navigate. It would be safer and faster to park somewhere else and walk there. Read more

If I could give 0 I would. This was the worst experience at a Starbucks I?ve ever received. Mobile ordered and it wasn?t ready... so sat for an additional 20 minutes. Went to the counter to asked for the status of the order and proceeded to wait another 10minutes. Was told that we would have it remade immediately. After a full 30 minute wait for 1 drink and 2 sandwiches I asked fora full refund. The woman who had ?2020 best performance? on her apron must have taken it from someone else because she could nothave cared less about how long we waited. She didn?t even apologize and walked away from the counter before we could even sayanything else. Don?t waste your time or money on these people. They simply don?t care. Read more

I stopped by to grab a coffee and let my puppies have a potty break. Very fast service. Everyone was in the zone. They were... managing a full drive thru and multiple pick up orders with poise. The bathrooms were all family and pleasantly clean. They evenhad a board dedicated to showcasing their doggy customers which I absolutely loved. Would stop here again! Read more

Okay. This is a tough place to review? simply because the barista?s are always great- as well as customer service!! BUT the... scheduling manager obviously has no idea what they?re doing. AT ALL. The line is always wrapped around the building to the pointwhere cars have to line up on the street. On top of being extremely slow? but that?s probably because there?s never usually morethan 4 people working. (That?s not good) Such great service with kind employees.. but such terrible wait times. And with allthat being said- the inside is NEVER open. i don?t usually complain because i?ve worked in fast food service and coffee shopsmyself and i know people can only work as fast as they can work. But I believe it?s apparent that the baristas aren?t the issuehere. There?s obviously a very big manager issue at this store and if they don?t fix it i have a very big feeling this starbuckswill begin to lose much of its regular business. Which sucks because it could be in BOOMING business if it were correctlystaffed, being as it?s located RIGHT off of i-75 but it is what it is ya know. /: Read more
